1. open the pic i gave above in Photoshop 2.ctrl + J copy the pic twice 3. select the first pic you copied 4.alt + T choose - Blr than choose - Motion Motion Blur 5.repeact step 4 with the second pic you copied 6.choose the firs pic you copied, change layer, than -over layer. 7.repeat step number 6 with the second pic you copied. finial effect Feel free to ask quetsions!
